Music is a porcelain hardneck variety introduced to Canada from Italy by Al Music in the 1980's. It has large, succulent cloves with a high alicin content. Alicin is said to boost the immune system and increase circulation.
It has a hot, pungent flavor when raw, but it mellows when cooked. It will make you sing! Perfect for roasting as it turns sweet and starchy when baked.

Each easy-to-peel bulb averages 5-6 cloves. These are large bulbs suitable for planting, and also perfect for roasting and all your other culinary needs.
